Aged Care Employee

James Milson Village is currently seeking an enthusiastic person who is self-motivated, has a desire to add value and who is interested in a long-term role within an aged care organisation.

About the Role

The Aged Care Employee’s (ACE) primary function is to support and to provide care and services as delegated to the residents of James Milson Village in compliance to company systems and according to relevant professional standards.

About You

You will be a team player, professional, friendly and have the ability to work a regular roster within our village.

Skills and Experience

Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role; preferably in aged care.

Additional knowledge/qualifications in other aged care related fields, (eg: dementia care, continence) would be beneficial

Excellent customer service and nursing/care skills

Strong verbal and written English communication

Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy aged care home.

Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride personal appearance.
