Administration – Relief Reception

James Milson Village is currently seeking an enthusiastic person who is self-motivated, has a desire to add value and who is interested in a long term role within an aged care organisation.

About the Role

This is a perfect role for a Receptionist/Administrator/Secretary who would enjoy working in a busy and diverse environment as well as being an integral part of the future development and growth of the village.

You will be joining our administration team and as such you should enjoy being the “go to” person!

Your main role will be an Administration Assistant supporting our CEO, the EA to the CEO, Quality and Systems Manager, Human Resources and Education Departments with Secretarial Duties. The secondary part of this role is to assist with reception duties to ensure that the Village has adequate coverage in this area.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not limited to: answering incoming telephone calls and various adhoc reception duties, preparing correspondence and presentations, filing, collating Human Resources and Education Matrix and other general administration.

About You

You will be a team player, professional, friendly and have the ability to prioritise and juggle several tasks at once.

Skills and Experience

Must have at least two (2) years experience in a similar role; preferably in aged care.
Strong computer and typing skills
Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Ability to take the initiative and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written English communication
Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy office.
Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride personal appearance.

Employment benefits on offer:

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 4:30pm
